When properly equipped, the Wrangler can tow up to 3,500 pounds, and the Rubicon can afford you up to 10.8 inches of ground clearance!

For most Wrangler models, the standard engine is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 which delivers 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This engine will also come standard with a 6-speed automatic transmission, though you may also have the option of an 8-speed automatic. If you're looking for a bit of a boost, another available engine is the 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 which will provide you with 268 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, and also mates exclusively to the 8-speed automatic transmission. Plus, depending on the model year of the pre-owned Wrangler you choose, you may also have the benefit of the eTorque mild-hybrid system, which supports either of the two engine with 48 volts of electric power. Last but not least, there's a third option for certain Unlimited (or 4-door) models of the Jeep Wrangler. This is the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6, which kicks out 260 horsepower and a respectable 442 lb-ft of torque. The EcoDiesel is also quite energy-efficient, and will further enhance the Wrangler's off-road acumen thanks to the extra helping of torque!
